24th – 25th November 2022, the Maltese Tandem Dr Edward Duca of University of Malta and Fabian Borg of Research Innovation Unit attended the second online module of the RISE Cities curriculum. The intensive 8 hour module split on both days, covered intensive training including the following:

- Masterclass II: The Culture of Governance – Data-driven decision making and the quality of evaluating data
